anna + corey- vines botanical gardens – loganville, ga
This post is very special to us. We met Anna & Corey while we were still in school and they were our first consultation!!! Back then, there was no Project Duo. We were just Courtney and Zahra. I actually had a panic attack in the beginning of our meeting!!! (Zahra) BUT, we loosened up as soon as Anna and Corey began talking, they were so warm and inviting and it has been an absolute TREAT to work with them twice. (we shot their engagement and wedding)
We met up with Anna and Corey at the Vines Botanical Gardens in Loganville, Ga. It’s a great location, very secluded and private, which made it very easy for Anna and Corey to let their guards down and allow us to capture the essence of their personalities. We all CLICKED immediately and it felt as if we had known them for years. Check out some of our favorites from their session and I bet you won’t be able to not smile.

courtney + eric – atlanta, ga – centennial park
We met with Courtney & Eric in January and they contracted us to shoot their engagement and wedding. We will be shooting their beautiful wedding at Glendalough Manor in October. It was so easy shooting Courtney & Eric; we love their attention to detail, and the color and style of their outfits were like eye candy for us!
Just in case we haven’t said it before, we really love shooting engagement sessions for our wedding clients. It really helps to loosen everyone up and get used to being in front of our cameras, by the wedding day you’ll all be naturals.
Courtney and Eric were both born and raised in Georgia, so it was only natural for them to have their session in the heart of Atlanta. We love you Courtney & Eric and we can’t wait to see you again in a few months. We’ll be crying behind our cameras at the ceremony! (seriously…lol)

It’s Wedding Season!!!
OK…SOOO…Our plates are so full it feels like Thanksgiving. Lol. We have been neglecting the blog sOO bad due to the hustle and bustle of our favorite season of the year. WEDDING SEASON!
Not only have we been shooting/editing weddings…we’ve been trying to plan one. Courtney is getting married in August; at Studio 887 in the King Plow Art Center. She is having a super fun/stressful time planning and we can definitely relate to our brides on a whole different level now. Definitely more posts to come updating you guys with Courtney’s planning and maybe even some tips.
This wedding season has been totally awesome and we have had some GREAT couples, and so much new work to share! If you are a blog follower, we are so sorry there haven’t been any updates; we are working very hard on updating the blog weekly and revealing our updated site in the beginning of July. 10.17.08 – Amy + Daniel – Destination Engagement Session – Clemson, SC
Amy and Daniel were an absolute b-l-a-s-t to work with!! We had such a great time with them in Clemson. Their separate energies/vibes really mesh well together. We started the session at the SC Botanical Gardens. The weather was really nice and the park was pretty much deserted; sometimes it’s nice to have some privacy during a portrait session. We used the available building structures and surrounding nature… isolating textures/shapes/colors to come up with some interesting images. Then we made our way onto the Clemson campus and shot in a park, on the benches where they first met, in an alleyway, etc…. anywhere we saw something cool, we shot there. We have to make decisions quickly because we are usually in a location we are unfamiliar with, so we are on the constant lookout for elements we can incorporate into our pictures as we go. Then we walked to another building and Daniel went inside to get their dog, Tuesday. Tuesday was a little ball of raw energy… just ready to play and explore. She stayed with us for the remainder of the session and behaved really well. We think her presence added that little something extra to some of their images. Very Cool. Thank you, Amy and Daniel, for an afternoon filled with laughter and spontaneity. We can’t wait until your wedding!! Here are some of our favorite shots from their day:
